General Policy
TMZ Transporting provides transportation and hauling services that are scheduled and time-based. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
Cancellations

Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
Deposits

Any required deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Deposits secure your scheduled time and cover administrative and scheduling costs.
Completed Services

Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

If there is an issue with the service provided, customers must contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the situation.
Service Issues
If you believe there was a problem with your service:

Provide details and, if possible, photos
We will review each case and may offer a partial refund or resolution at our discretion.

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:
