General Policy

TMZ Transporting provides transportation and hauling services that are scheduled and time-based. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

 Cancellations

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled service may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Deposits

  • Any required deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Deposits secure your scheduled time and cover administrative and scheduling costs.

Completed Services

  • Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

  • If there is an issue with the service provided, customers must contact us within 24 hours so we can review and resolve the situation.

Service Issues

If you believe there was a problem with your service:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of completion

  • Provide details and, if possible, photos

We will review each case and may offer a partial refund or resolution at our discretion.

Delays

Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by:

  • Traffic

  • Weather conditions

  • Mechanical issues

  • Other factors beyond our control
